After several requests, we decided to give the chicken and mushroom pie a shot. Slow-braised and shredded Mary's chicken breast with mushrooms and leeks in a cream sauce topped with poppy seeds. This is a limited-edition special pie so when they are gone, that's it. As always, we welcome feedback so we can make it better if we decide to do it again.
