Possible shipping delays. As we all know, these have been challenging times. Dry ice shortages, Covid cases / close contact issues, overall labor shortage issues, freight/driver shortages, heat waves, fires ... all continue to be a challenge for our business. There may be times when we are not able to ship your order as quickly as we would like to. We will send tracking information as soon as we can. Thank you for your understanding.
Your frozen pies will be packed in eco-friendly curbside recyclable insulated packaging on dry ice.
Because we want your package to arrive frozen, we only ship packages out Monday-Thursday. Depending on the transit time for your destination, and when your order is placed, we may have to release your shipment on the following week as frozen food shipments can not be held in transit over the weekend.
Please inspect the package immediately upon arrival to confirm that the pies are frozen. They should be hard to the touch on the bottom of each pie. Please contact us to notify us immediately if this is not the case.
If there is dry ice remaining in the package upon arrival, please be careful as improper handling may cause injury. When in doubt, wear gloves. DO NOT HANDLE DRY ICE WITH BARE HANDS!
In the event that your package arrives with damaged contents or food product that is not cold, please document with photos, video or any other means necessary to clearly show that the package did not arrive in good condition. If we are not contacted immediately and provided with documented proof, we can not guarantee a refund or replacement for your order.
